Buenos días de nuevo a todos;

Una de las entradas que mas me gustan en muchos de los Blogs que sigo son las referentes a los productos favoritos. La razón de que me gusten tanto estas entradas es que sé que esos productos que aparecen como favoritos han sido probados durante un mes en diferentes maquillajes, en diferentes personas con tonos y tipos de piel distinta etc etc y sé que la valoración de esos productos es fiable , aunque sin olvidar que no a todo el mundo le funciona lo mismo.

Por ese motivo he pensado crear una entrada mensual con los 3 productos ( para no alargar mucho la entrada) de Maquillaje que más me han gustado, tanto a nivel personal como profesional, espero que os resulte tan interesante como a mí!

 Vamos con los de este mes de enero.

One of the posts I like the most in many blogs I follow is about favorite products.

The reason I like these posts is because the products mentioned as favorites have been tested for a month or more, with different looks , different people , different colors and different skin types etc etc and I know the value of these products is reliable , but do not forget the products don´t work the same in everyone.

That´s Why  I thought about creating a monthly post with my 3 favorite MakeUp products I liked more , I hope you like it!

My January Favorites:

 1. A Few of my favorite things Palette from Too Faced :

He de confesar que esta paleta me llamó la atención desde la primera que la vi en una fotografía, la gama cromática de la paleta me encantó (exceptuando un par de sombras rosas),  pero no me atreví a comprarla hasta que no hube tocado las sombras, ya que en muchos casos nos dejamos llevar por el Boom de los productos y luego resultan decepcionantes.

Una vez hechas las comprobaciones, leyendo opiniones y probando las sombras me decidí a comprarla y he de decir que no he dejado de utilizar la paleta desde que la compré.

En lo que respecta a las sombras:

Las sombras Mates pigmentan muy bien, se trabajan sin problemas y combinan muy bien entre sí. Son ligeramente polvorientas pero no en exceso.

Las sombras con Glitter son las más bonitas y llamativas de la paleta, aunque son las más difíciles de trabajar ya que hay que tener cuidado para que el glitter se quede en el párpado, pero con la técnica correcta quedan espectaculares.

I must admit this palette caught my attention from the first time I saw in a photograph, I loved the color range ( except pink shades ) , but I was not sure to buy it until it I had touched the shadows because in many cases we buy products without testing and then the products are disappointing .

Once I was sure about the quality ​​ helping me with reviews,opinions  and the most important part ,testing the shadows I decided to buy it and I have to say that I have not stopped using the palette since I bought it.

About shadows :

The Mates eyeshadows pigmented  very well, working smoothly and blend well together. They are slightly dusty but not too much.

The Glitter eyeshadows are the most striking in the whole Palette , but are harder to work with because you have to be careful that the glitter stays on the eyelid , but with the right technique the result is spectacular .

  

En mi opinión La sombra mas especial de la paleta es  Party Time, en el dedo no pigmenta excesivamente y queda como Glitter azulado sin más,  pero queda preciosa sobre otras sombras o por ejemplo sobre un ahumado negro. Aquí os dejo una foto de lo que os comento.

 In my opinion the more special eyeshadow in the palette is Party Time , touching with the finger is not overly pigmented , seems like a Blue/Green Glitter, but  I find the perfect technique for the eyeshadow,  it is beautiful over other shades or for example on the top of a Black smoky . Here you have a picture of what I comment

Productos faciales:

La paleta incluye dos coloretes el Primero Raindrop on Roses es un tono rosa muy sutil con destellos dorados, no está mal pero no lo he utlizado mucho, el segundo de los coloretes es el Melt into Spring es un Coral Rosado Mate con una partículas doradas muy pequeñas, si me diesen a escoger este sería el que más me gusta.

Face products :

The palette includes two blushes the First Raindrop on Roses is a very subtle pink shade with golden sparkles , not bad, , but I have not used much. The second is  Melt into Spring is a Coral - Pink Matte Blush with a very small gold particles , without doubts my favorite blush from the palette

Los polvos de Sol Chocolate Soleil no me han gustado, huelen muy bien pero los encuentro muy polvorientos y en mi caso no pigmentan nada ni en el dedo ni en la brocha.

Chocolate powders -  I did not like it , smells good but  is very dusty and in my case the pigmentation in really poorly 

Por último un iluminador/Bronceador – Sun Bunny – Es un tono dorado tostado muy favorecedor para el verano con el brillo justo, para pieles claras en invierno creo que sería demasiado evidente.

Finally, Highlighter / Bronzer - Sun Bunny - It is a very flattering golden brown roasted for summer with the right brightness, (for fair skin I think it would be too obvious.

Incluye dos minitallas , una de la máscara de pestañas Better than Sex , que me ha sorprendido  por lo mucho que alarga y da volumen a las pestañas.

Another thing that I loved was the mini size MAscara, I was surprised how much it lengthens and plumps lashes.

Por el contrario, la otra minitalla , un Labial en formato Lápiz con efecto volumen inmediato ,no me ha gustado nada, he leído muchos comentarios, en mi caso me uno al grupo de las que en cuanto probaron el lipstick se lo tuvieron que quitar de inmediato porque les ardían los labios, por lo general no me suelen llamar mucho la atención los labiales con efecto volumen, pero los que había probado anteriormente simplemente dejaban una sensación de hormigueo en los labios, no de querer meter los labios en hielo!

By contrast , the other mini size , a Lip pencil that promise immediate volume effect .

I did not like anything about this lip pencil, I read a lot comments ,people that loves and people that hates the lip pencil,  I join the group that hate this product ,in my case I tested the lipstick and had to remove immediately because my lips burning, I do not usually like volume effect, but I had tried another lipsticks with that effect and they  just left a tingling sensation on the lips, not wanting to put my lips on ice

Lo cierto es que la paleta la compré por las sombras y realmente es lo que me has me ha gustado y mas estoy utilizando, y por ello lo he incluido en mis favoritos del mes de enero.

El precio creo recordar que rondaba los 50€ en Sephora ( yo me la llevé con el 20% de descuento que creo que todavía activo) 

Actually I bought these palette for the eyeshadows and I love most of them so that´s the reason this palette is one of my January favorites.

The price is around € 50 at Sephora ( I took the Palette with a 20 % discount)

2.   Lip Pencil Nars Dragon Girl Velvet Matte

Es probable que muchas de las que leáis el Blog tengáis este labial, o si no lo tenéis lo estáis buscando, ya que según tengo entendido está agotadísimo en todas partes ,desde que Sara Carbonero lo sacó en su blog comentando lo mucho que le gustaba, y no le quito razón,porque es un color frambuesa tirando a rojo , perfecto para todo tipo de pieles, con subtono azulado ,(el tipo de subtono  que crea efecto de blanquear los dientes).

Lo he usado de varias formas,  a ligeros toques mezclándolo con un protector labial normal sin color ( tipo Carmex), o bien marcando bien el color para que quedase muy intenso. En ambos casos el resultado fue precioso.

Una de las preguntas que más he visto que se repetían ha sido ¿ Puedo sacarle punta con un sacapuntas que no sea de NARS? La respuesta es sí, en mi caso sólo le he sacado punta una vez (aunque lo he utilizado muchísimo), y lo he hecho con el sacapuntas doble de Sephora.

Many of you who read this blog may have this lipstick, or if you do not have it maybe you are looking for you Dragon Girl. As I understand is sold-out everywhere, since Sara Carbonero post it in her blog saying how much she liked , and she was right , because it is a raspberry tending to red color, perfect for all skin tones , with bluish undertone , (the kind of undertone that creates teeth whitening effect ) .

I have used it in several ways, mixed with a normal colorless lip balm ( Carmex) or just putting in the lips looking for an intense color. In both cases the result was beautiful.

One of the questions I've seen more recurring was:  Can I sharpen the Lipstick with a pencil sharpener from other brand ( Not NARS)? The answer is yes , in my case I have been sharpened the lipstick once ( although I've used a lot) , and I have done with Sephora double sharpener

The price is 27,50 € in Sephora, in Corners, and on NARS Website .

3.   Paleta de Coloretes Nars Guy Bourdin

Finalmente después de mucho buscar esta paleta me llevé una de las 10 últimas de Sephora de Gran Vía en Madrid.

Estoy encantada, los coloretes pigmentan a la perfección , son muy versátiles, y como la gran mayoría de los Coloretes de NARS muy fáciles de trabajar y difuminar.

Incluye uno de mis productos favoritísimos que son los polvos bronceadores laguna, aunque según comentan, los laguna de Paleta no pigmentan igual de bien que los individuales al estar más compactos, voy a comprobarlo y os mantengo informad@s,.

El iluminador  es precioso, lo estoy utilizando muchísimo.

Realmente es una paleta muy práctica para trabajar, y para viajar.

El Precio es de 55€ en Sephora.

Finally after much searching this palette I bought one of the last 10 in Sephora of Gran Via in Madrid.

I am in love with this palette, all the blushes highly pigmented, very versatile , and one of the thing I like most of the NARS blushes , is the easiness to work and blend them .

Includes one of my always favorite product , the Laguna Bronzing Powder, although as discussed , this powder in the Palette, not pigmented  as good as the individual product because are more compact , I 'll check and keep you informed  .

The Highlighter is beautiful I am using it a lot.

  

The price is 55 € at Sephora .
